About Us Gogoviz Ltd t/a Solar Equip are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments please email us using the link on the contact us page.

We operate entirely via the internet as this allows us to supply quality solar charging products at the best possible prices - we don’t have the overheads associated with running shops or showrooms and can pass on the savings as discounts to customers.

We only supply solar charging products that are either complete ‘plug and go’ kits or require very basic ‘do-it-yourself’ installation.

Our technical resource section provides information on all aspects of solar power charging as it relates to the products we sell. Should you have any further queries or questions regarding any of our solar charging products then please use the ‘contact us’ form and we will be most happy to help.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment by debit or credit card via PayPal

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Shipping is calculated based on your Order Value as per the table shown at the top right of each page.

Orders received by 8am are usually despatched same day (Mon to Frid and excluding Holidays)
Orders received after 8am are usually despatched the following working day.

Orders, depending upon weight and size are either despatched:
UK - Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or Next Working Day Courier
Europe - International Signed For via Airmail.

UK customers can upgrade to Royal Mail's Special Delivery by 1pm next working day - please note that orders for this service need to be received by 8am to be despatched same day otherwise they will be despatched the following day.

Delivery Schedule Delivery - We currently only deliver to UK and European addresses.
Most items are despatched within 3 working days of receiving payment.
If delivery is likely to take longer than this, we will advise you by email and you will have the option to cancel and receive a full refund.
If you need an item by a particular date please tell us when you place the order.

Non-Receipt of Order - If your goods do not arrive within 30 days of your order being accepted, please contact us within 40 days and you can opt for a full refund or replacement.

Items Damaged in Transit - If your order arrives damaged please retain all packaging materials and contact us by email within 2 workings days of receipt quoting your order number.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security You have a choice of paying by PayPal or Credit / Debit Card.

Credit / Debit Card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption.
They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.
They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy We operate a no-quibble returns policy. If you are not happy with a product you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, less the original delivery charge, providing of course that the item hasn't been used, is still as new and is complete with all accessories, manuals, instructions and original packaging.
Please email us for a RMA and returns address before returning any item/s.
Returns without a RMA number clearly shown on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
Also, as we have several warehouses, you will need to know which specific warehouse to return the item to.
